Fill Dispensers (Restroom Cleaning. Dispensers of all types must be checked daily and filled when necessary (soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, sanitary napkin, etc.). All public restrooms have electric hand dryers. The Facility Manager will identify the few private restrooms where paper towels are used.
