Restroom Cleaning. When the Contract Administrator requests restroom cleaning during the day, an approved sign must be placed at the entrance warning tenants that the restroom is closed. A schedule for closing restrooms must be established with the Facility Manager in advance. The Facility Manager prior to any changes made must approve any changes in this schedule.
Restroom Cleaning. Clean, disinfect and stock all restrooms daily (excluding the EverBank Center Building 12th floor restrooms which is a shared floor with other tenants). Restroom Cleaning.  Dust mop and wet mop all floors using disinfectant floor cleaner.  Restock all dispensers with appropriate products (hand soap, toilet tissue, hand towels, etc.).  Scrub all Fixtures (including sinks, urinals, toilets) using a deodorizing disinfectant cleaner.  Wipe down all walls and Partitions with damp disinfectant cloth to remove stains and odors.  Clean/disinfect all doors and around door knobs and push plates.  Clean all mirrors and glass.  Report all stopped-up urinals, toilets, sinks or other items needing repairs to the Court Executive Officer or designee.

All dispensers of supplies will be clean and filled with the proper supplies (towels, soap, napkins, etc.), in the standard quantities provided for in the Building janitorial contract. Above standard usage or specialty requirements such as seat covers, private restrooms and kitchens supplies will be billed accordingly for Landlord’s actual, reasonable out-of-pocket cost. b. Trash containers will be emptied and clean liners inserted. c. Extra supplies will not be left on countertops, toilet backs or other non-dispenser locations.

All metal, porcelain and tiled surfaces will have a polished and clean appearance after each cleaning. Any painted surface will be clean and streak free. A registered germicidal cleaner must air dry to provide maximum effectiveness before buffing or polishing is performed. C. No mineral deposits will be allowed on any exposed surfaces, including under the rims of toilets and urinals. D. Floors will be mopped with clean mop heads/equipment and thoroughly edged cleaned to avoid buildup in corners and under/around toilets and urinals. E. Clean and empty all sanitary disposal containers and replace liners. F. Replace batteries in air fresheners, auto-flushers and other fixtures as needed. Citizens will provide batteries to vendor for this purpose with Vendor maintaining inventory and installing as needed.
Restroom Cleaning. All Production restrooms will be cleaned and re-stocked once (1) per production shift. All non-production restrooms will be cleaned and re-stocked daily, or as needed. It is further understood that during part-time operations, all production restrooms will be maintained and a restroom schedule will be developed to identify those restrooms that need to be cleaned. Issues with restroom cleanliness should be brought to the attention of Labor Relations. The repetitive, physical checking of cars for material shortages in the yard is considered bargaining unit work. The affixing of "OK" inspection stickers to production cars to indicate approval of quality is bargaining unit work. As a matter of policy, it is Management's intent to check line speeds upon request. It is understood between the parties that this will be done at the earliest opportunity. Furthermore, it is understood that area Xxxxxxxxxxx will be responsible for line speed checks, when requested by the bargaining unit. Minor repair adjacent to the left of the end of Conveyor 90 can be performed. There will be no jacks, no repair parts stocked at the end of Conveyor 90, no cars sent to the patio and returned for repair, no cars parked on the right side of Conveyor 90, no rattle can for paint, no changing metal, and no air hoses. However, any employee can do repairs (i.e. repairpersons from Conveyor 90, Team Leaders, extra manpower and pool employees). Conveyor 90 Team Leaders will confirm repair and the Reliability Department will be responsible for buying off any repair made at this location. Settled on the basis that the parties jointly recognize the need for customer satisfaction. There are situations which occur that require repair work to be performed in the Xxxxxx lot. The parties' intent is to eliminate the need to perform such work, however, for the purpose of ensuring a quality product for our customers it may be necessary to utilize the Xxxxxx lot. Management will notify the Union as such instances occur. Management will broadcast local news / CNN during lunch and relief periods, on all shifts, on the plant monitors.
Restroom Cleaning. Custodians will establish a time during their day when they can adequately clean student restrooms. Upon request, custodians will be provided with signage to signal to students that the restroom is closed and to keep students out of the restroom facility as custodians are engaging in cleaning. Building administrators will work collaboratively with their paraprofessionals supervising recess and seek their input to establish how to best keep our students physically distanced and safe. At the start/end of recess breaks each day, available school doors will be utilized to support social distancing measures. Once students are in class, doors other than the main entrance may be locked for security purposes. Students shall wash their hands or use hand sanitiser upon reentry into the building. Handwashing is preferred if students have dirt, etc. on their hands from playing outside.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • WINDOW CLEANING Tenant shall not clean, nor require, permit, suffer or allow any window in the Premises to be cleaned from the outside in violation of Section 202 of the Labor Law, or any other Requirement, or of the rules of the Board of Standards and Appeals, or of any other board or body having or asserting jurisdiction.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Janitorial Landlord shall furnish, without additional charge, janitorial services for general cleaning of the Premises. Landlord shall use reasonable efforts when selecting vendors to provide janitorial services in an effort to secure vendors with honest and efficient employees. Xxxxxx agrees to report promptly to Landlord any neglect of duty or any incivility on the part of such vendors which in any way interferes with the full enjoyment of the Premises rented by the Tenant.

  • Elevators Landlord shall provide passenger elevator service during normal business hours to Tenant in common with Landlord and all other tenants. Landlord shall provide limited passenger service at other times, except in case of an emergency.

  • Landscaping The Owner will, before its plan of subdivision is released for registration, pay to the Town in lieu of planting any trees on the public streets within the plan, the amount shown for the purpose upon Schedule “J”.

  • Common Areas Tenant shall have the non-exclusive right to use in common with other tenants in the Project, and subject to the Rules and Regulations referred to in Article 5 of this Lease, those portions of the Project which are provided, from time to time, for use in common by Landlord, Tenant and any other tenants of the Project (such areas, together with such other portions of the Project designated by Landlord, in its discretion, including certain areas designated for the exclusive use of certain tenants, or to be shared by Landlord and certain tenants, are collectively referred to herein as the “Common Areas”). The Common Areas shall consist of the “Project Common Areas” and the “Building Common Areas.” The term “Project Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portion of the Project designated as such by Landlord or areas within the Project that the occupants of the Building are permitted to utilize pursuant to a recorded declaration and which areas shall be maintained in accordance with the declaration. The term “Building Common Areas,” as used in this Lease, shall mean the portions of the Common Areas located within the Building reasonably designated as such by Landlord. The manner in which the Common Areas are maintained and operated shall be at the reasonable discretion of Landlord and the use thereof shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations as Landlord may make from time to time. Landlord reserves the right to close temporarily, make alterations or additions to, or change the location of elements of the Project and the Common Areas, provided that, in connection therewith, Landlord shall perform such closures, alterations, additions or changes in a commercially reasonable manner and, in connection therewith, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize any material interference with Tenant’s use of and access to the Premises.

  • Toilets Papers, dust, cobwebs, peels, cans/bottles, cigarette butts, excrement on floor, bad smells, water pools, leaking sewage, rodents, animals (dead or alive), overflowing sanitary bins. 0 = NOT APPLICABLE 1 = UNACCEPTABLE (Toilets out of order. Toilets not cleaned on daily basis.) 2 = POOR (Toilets cleaned, but still visible signs of dirt, e.g. dust, cobwebs.) 3 = GOOD (Obvious sign that toilets are cleaned daily.) 4 = EXCELLENT (Extra effort is put in to ensure cleanliness, e.g. using detergents.)

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.
