Common use of Filling a Grievance Clause in Contracts

Filling a Grievance. Failing resolution of the dispute, the grievance shall be submitted in writing by the xxxxxxx or SGEU Labour Relations Officer on behalf of the aggrieved to the Executive Director or designate within thirty-two (32) calendar days of failure of resolution at the local level. The Executive Director shall render a written decision to the SGEU Labour Relations Officer with a copy to the grievor and xxxxxxx within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the grievance.
