Filled gaps should be smooth. Filling concrete blocks should be done according to instructions of site engineer. m2 1 5 Gypsum plaster: Internal plastering with gypsum in two layers at least, each layer min. of 15 mm thickness for walls with approved gypsum, the wall and ceiling to be cleaned and splashed by cement- sand mortar prior of plastering. Final surface shall be clean, smooth and white, using checking wire width of 50 cm between different materials. Gypsum plastering should be done according to instructions of site engineer. m2 1

Cement plastering should be done according to instructions of site engineer. m2 1 7 Cement Re-Plastering: Remove worn-out old plaster (or any other finishing) & repair all cracks in the wall and ceiling and steel bars if needed if found by using (chicken mesh) , surface should be dry before re-plastering, then Re-plastering the internal walls & ceilings with 2 layers of cement: sand(smooth) mix (1:3) , with taking into consideration the verticality and alignment of the surfaces according to the technical specifications. If applicable. Cement re-plastering should be done according to instructions of site engineer. m2 1 8 Bitumen Layer: Spreading a layer of bitumen layer (Isogam layer), Isogam should be done according to instructions of site engineer. m2 1 C Roof Works 1 Sandwich panel Roofing: Fix a new sandwich panel (thickness 5cm) roof fixed on 3” and thickness 3mm steel channels fixed on the walls and in the middle of the roof as support (maximum span between the supports 1.7 m), which should be raised to give the required slope using T shape rods (as described in SOW). Where necessary, install rain water drains to drain water collected over roofs to prevent water draining to adjacent roofs.   • SERS PICK-UP A. For purposes of this Article, total annual salary and salary per pay period for each member shall be the salary otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended. The total annual salary and salary per pay period of each member shall be payable by the Board in two parts: (1) deferred salary and (2) cash salary. A member’s deferred salary shall be equal to that percentage of said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period which is required from time to time by the State Employment Retirement System (“SERS”) to be paid as an employee contribution by said member and shall be paid by the Board to SERS on behalf of said member as a “pickup” of the SERS employee contribution otherwise payable by said member. A member’s cash salary shall be equal to said member’s total annual salary or salary per pay period less the amount, subject to applicable payroll deductions, to said member. The Board’s total combined expenditures for members’ total annual salaries otherwise payable under this Agreement, as amended, (including pickup amounts) and its employer contributions to SERS shall not be greater than the amounts it would have paid for those items had this provision not been in effect.
