Fillings. This plan covers amalgam fillings (silver fillings) and composite fillings (white fillings). This plan only covers composite fillings for your anterior (front) teeth. When composites fillings are used on posterior (back) teeth, you are responsible to pay for the difference between our allowance for the amalgam filling (silver filling) and the dentist’s charge for the composite filling.
