Effective and Termination Dates. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective January 1, 2016, and will continue in effect through December 31, 2020, with respect to all employees covered by this agreement. During the period covered by the Memorandum of Understanding, any items concerning wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment provided by this Memorandum of Understanding shall remain in effect unless the parties agree to revise the same by a written modification to this Memorandum of Understanding, subject to the limitations expressed in Section 3504 of the Government Code.

(a) If either HEABC or the Health Science Professionals Bargaining Association wishes to propose amendments to this Agreement, the party proposing such amendments will notify the other party in writing of this intent within the last four (4) months prior to the expiry date of the Agreement.
(b) Where no notice is given by either party prior to the expiry date of this collective agreement, notice shall be deemed to have been given under this clause on March 31, 2019. PROVISIONS OF THE WAGE SCHEDULE
1. Wage Schedule
Effective and Termination Dates. The “Effective Date” of the Plan is January 1, 2007. The Plan is restated as of July 1, 2008. The Plan will automatically terminate on the later of (i) December 31, 2009 or (ii) the second anniversary of a Change of Control (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that on each December 31, commencing with the year 2007, the Termination Date will automatically be extended for an additional year unless, not later than 120 calendar days prior to such date, the Company shall have given written notice to the Executives that the Termination Date is not to be so extended.
Effective and Termination Dates a. A leave of absence may become effective only at the end of a quarter or at the end of a school year.
b. Upon the recommendation of the Superintendent and the approval of the Board of Trustees, a leave of absence may become effective on a date other than the close of business on the last day of a quarter, or be terminated on a date other than the close of business on the last day of a quarter.

1. Wage Schedule
Effective and Termination Dates. This Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2020, and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2023, and if the written notice provided by Section 8(d) of the National Labor Relations Act as Amended is not given by either the Union or the Employer to the other, it shall continue indefinitely; provided however, this Agreement may be terminated at any time after June 30, 2023, by either the Union or the Employer giving to the other the written notice provided by Section 8(d) of the Act in which event this Agreement shall terminate at the end of the sixtieth (60th) calendar day after receipt of such notice. Regardless of when terminated, the Union and Employer will negotiate exclusively with each other during the last sixty (60) days of the Agreement.
Effective and Termination Dates. This Planning Agreement is effective on May 17, 2019. It will terminate upon the formation of a Regional Entity, withdrawal of Parties pursuant to paragraph 6, or April 14, 2022, whichever is earliest.
Effective and Termination Dates. Except as otherwise provided herein, this Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2013, and remain in effect until June 30, 2016, and shall be renewed from year to year thereafter unless either of the Collective Bargaining Representatives shall give written notice to the other of a desire to change at least sixty (60) days prior to the date of the expiration of this Agreement. While this Agreement continues in effect, neither party will make demands upon the other party for any changes in conditions or benefits or for any new or additional conditions or benefits except at the time and in the manner provided in this Agreement. The wage rates set forth in Section 4(A) shall be effective as of July 1, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the 2010-2013 Teamsters Master Labor Agreement, including side letters, shall remain unchanged. It is agreed that in the event that either party should exercise its rights under the paragraph last above set out, they will for a period of sixty (60) days prior to June 30, 2016, bargain exclusively with each other with respect to all wage rates, working conditions, and hours of employment for the work herein covered. If no Agreement has been entered into at the expiration of said sixty (60) day period, then this Agreement shall there upon cease and terminate, and the parties shall be free to negotiate with whomsoever they please.
