Common use of Final Clean-up Clause in Contracts

Final Clean-up. Upon completion of the Work and before acceptance and final payment, Contractor shall remove from the street and adjacent property, all surplus and discarded materials, equipment, rubbish and temporary structures; restore in an acceptable manner all property, both public and private, which has been damaged during the prosecution of the Work; and shall leave the site in a neat and presentable condition subject to the approval of the Engineer.

Final Clean-up.
