Common use of Final Clean-up Clause in Contracts

Final Clean-up. Upon completion of the Work and before acceptance and final payment, Contractor shall remove from the street and adjacent property, all surplus and discarded materials, equipment, rubbish and temporary structures; restore in an acceptable manner all property, both public and private, which has been damaged during the prosecution of the Work; and shall leave the site in a neat and presentable condition subject to the approval of the Engineer.

Final Clean-up. The Contractor shall at the completion of each day’s work remove all debris from the premises including discarded or surplus materials and shall leave such premises in a neat and orderly condition. Upon completion of the Work work and before acceptance and final paymentpayment will be made, the Contractor shall remove from the street and adjacent propertysite all machinery, all equipment, surplus and discarded materials, equipmentrubbish, rubbish covers, etc., and temporary structures; restore in an acceptable manner all property, both public and private, which has been damaged during the prosecution of the Work; and shall leave the site premises in a neat and presentable condition subject orderly condition, satisfactory to the approval of the Engineer.

Final Clean-up. Upon completion of the Work work and before acceptance and final paymentpayment is made, the Contractor shall remove clean, remove, and properly dispose of from the street and adjacent propertypremises, all surplus and discarded materials, equipmentrubbish, rubbish and temporary structures; , and shall restore in an acceptable manner all property, both public and private, which has been damaged during the prosecution performance of the Work; work, and shall leave the site work in a neat and presentable condition subject to the approval of the Engineercondition.
