Final Cleanup. The Contractor shall perform final cleanup as provided in this section to the Engineer’s satisfaction. The Engineer will not establish the Physical Completion Date until this is done. The Highway Right of Way, material sites, and all ground the Contractor occupied to do the Work shall be left neat and presentable. The Contractor shall: 1. Remove all rubbish, surplus materials, discarded materials, falsework, camp buildings, temporary structures, equipment, and debris; and 2. Deposit in embankments, or remove from the project, all unneeded, oversized rock left from grading, surfacing, or paving. The Contractor shall not remove warning, regulatory, or guide signs unless the Engineer approves.
