SUBCONTRACTOR’S CERTIFICATION. By entering into this Subcontract, Subcontractor (and officials thereof) certifies that neither it (nor he or she) nor any person or firm who has a substantial interest in the Subcontractor's firm is a person or firm ineligible to be awarded District contracts by virtue of the sanctions imposed under section 5 of the Act.   • Contractor Certification Clauses Contractor represents and warrants that the following statements are true.
