Common use of Final Commissioning Program Clause in Contracts

Final Commissioning Program. (a) Project Co shall prepare a draft of the Final Commissioning Program in respect to the Project Co Commissioning and the Hospital Commissioning and shall provide a copy thereof to the Independent Certifier, the HHS Commissioning Agent and the HHS Representative not less than 365 days prior to the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date.

Final Commissioning Program. (a) Project Co shall prepare a draft of the Final Commissioning Program in respect to the Project Co Commissioning and the Hospital Commissioning and shall provide a copy thereof to the Independent Certifier, the HHS HRRH Commissioning Agent and the HHS HRRH Representative not less than 365 days prior to the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date.

(a) Project Co shall prepare a draft of the Final Commissioning Program in respect to of the Project Co Commissioning and the Hospital College Commissioning and shall provide a copy thereof to the Independent Certifier, the HHS College Commissioning Agent Consultant and the HHS College Representative not less than 365 days prior to the Scheduled Substantial Completion Date.
