Scheduling of Procurement, Installation and Commissioning. (a) Project Co shall, in consultation with the College (and the Non-College Occupants in the case of Category 4 FF&E), prepare a schedule for the procurement, installation and commissioning of all Category 1 FF&E, and schedules for the installation and commissioning of all Category 2 FF&E, Category 3 FF&E and Category 4 FF&E, and shall incorporate the timing of the procurement and/or installation and/or commissioning of such FF&E into the Works Schedule and the Final Commissioning Program.
