Final Decision Responsibility. If the recommendations of the third party do not resolve the disagreement, the evaluator's supervisor, in consultation with the Contract Administration Committee, shall make the final decision after considering the recommendations of the third party, and if requested, meeting with the evaluator and the evaluatee.
