Common use of Final Inspection and Completion Clause in Contracts

Final Inspection and Completion. Monitor the Subcontractor's performance on the completion of the project and provide notice to the Owner and Architect/Engineer that the work is ready for final inspection. Secure and transmit to the Owner, through the Architect/Engineer, all required guarantees, affidavits, releases, bonds and waivers, manuals, record drawings, and maintenance books including the Final Completion form. All documents shall be duly notarized or witnessed where applicable.
