Final Performance Reports. Final performance/project reports will include the above-listed components and any other pertinent material requested by the City or HUD. This final report will be due no later than August 5, 2012 or the date of final reimbursement, whichever is later.
Final Performance Reports. In the event that this Agreement terminates prior to the end of the State fiscal year, Provider agrees to provide Final Performance Reports within ninety (90) days after the expiration or termination of the Award.
