Final Platting Adjacent to X. Xxxxxx Street. The parties acknowledge that X. Xxxxxx Street is paved adjacent to a majority of the First Phase Property. The Property Owner may final plat all of the First Phase Property prior to construction of the X. Xxxxxx Street Improvements. The parties agree construction of the X. Xxxxxx Street Improvements shall be completed in conjunction with the first final plat of the Property outside the First Phase Property, unless it is completed sooner by the Property Owner.

  • Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments.
