FINAL STABILITY & CRANE LOAD HANDLING TESTS. The Government will maintain responsibility for updating the damage, intact and load handling stability with the results of the incline experiment. Note, after inclining, load handling tests (CRANE TESTS) shall not commence until the Contractor receives ABS approval to do so. ABS surveyor attendance shall be required for all load handling tests.
