NOISE & VIBRATION SURVEY. The Contractor shall retain the services of an acoustical engineering firm to complete a Noise and Vibration Survey at the conclusions of the Tests and Trials. A possible source for the survey is Noise Control Engineering (Billerica, MA (000) 000-0000). The airborne noise and vibration levels shall be measured in all compartments, deck locations and spaces identified in paragraph C of this Clause below. The noise and vibration survey shall be designated as 843- D180-01 and titled “NOISE & VIBRATION SURVEY.” A report shall be prepared by the Contractor detailing the survey and test results. The report shall include sketches of the spaces measured with recorded sound levels denoted at the location of their measurements. Reduced size general arrangement drawings will be acceptable for this purpose. The Contractor shall take corrective action as necessary to achieve the required noise criteria. The report shall describe any compartments which present a noise hazard according to OSHA regulation, 29 CFR 1910.95 “Occupational Noise Exposure”.

  • Road Surfaces (1) Grade, shape, crown, and/or outslope surface and shoulders.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.

  • Noise Abatement Contractor shall operate, conduct, or construct without violating the City’s Noise Abatement Ordinance codified in the SDMC.

  • Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.

  • Mold The Resident acknowledges that to avoid mold growth it is important to prevent excessive moisture buildup and agrees to remove visible moisture accumulation as soon as it occurs and immediately report to Owner any evidence of excess moisture or mold or mildew inside the Home. Resident acknowledges receipt of the “Mold Information and Prevention Addendum”, which is fully executed and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Smoke Detector Tenant acknowledges that Premises is equipped with a smoke detector(s) that is in good working order and repair.
