Distribution of Financial Contribution The financial contribution of the Funding Authority to the Project shall be distributed by the Coordinator according to: - the Consortium Plan - the approval of reports by the Funding Authority, and - the provisions of payment in Section 7.3. A Party shall be funded only for its tasks carried out in accordance with the Consortium Plan.

FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS 10.1 The Financial Contribution of the CCG and the Council to any Pooled Fund or Non-Pooled Fund for the first Financial Year of operation of each Individual Scheme shall be as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification.
ROOM CONSOLIDATION Residence assignments shall be consolidated when vacancies occur in any residence facility, to minimize the number of rooms, suites, and/or apartments not at full occupancy. The Student may be required to change residence assignment and move to facilitate room consolidation. Residents in rooms/apartments/suites not at full capacity may be charged additional rent as determined by UCF DHRL.
MERGER AND CONSOLIDATION The Company will not consolidate with or merge with or into, or convey, transfer or lease all or substantially all its assets to, any Person, unless:
VALUATION OF CERTAIN QUALIFIED FINANCIAL CONTRACTS A. Scope Interest Rate Contracts - All interest rate swaps, forward rate agreements, interest rate futures, caps, collars and floors, whether purchased or written. Option Contracts - All put and call option contracts, whether purchased or written, on marketable securities, financial futures, foreign currencies, foreign exchange or foreign exchange futures contracts. Foreign Exchange Contracts - All contracts for future purchase or sale of foreign currencies, foreign currency or cross currency swap contracts, or foreign exchange futures contracts.
Financial Considerations 5.1 In the event aggregate funding provided to SCDDO from county, state and/or federal sources is reduced or in any way becomes insufficient to fund this Agreement, the obligations of both SCDDO and the CSP must thereupon be: (1) reduced on a pro rata basis, or (2) renegotiated or terminated, provided that any termination of this Agreement must be without prejudice to any obligations or liabilities of the parties accrued prior to the termination.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATION A. The College/University and the Facility shall each bear their own costs associated with this Agreement and no payment is required by either the College/University or the Facility to the other party, except that, where applicable, the Facility shall pay the tuition and other educational fees of students it places in the clinical experience program.
Monitoring of Contribution Limitations Information The Custodian shall not be responsible for monitoring the amount of contributions made to the designated beneficiary’s account or the income levels of any depositor or contributor for purposes of assuring compliance with applicable state or federal tax laws.
