Financial dispositions. 1. In consideration of the services performed under this contract, the Agency shall pay to the contractor a maximum amount of € , VAT xxcluded. It is agreed that the said amount shall cover all expenditure incurred by the contractor in the performance of this contract, including a maximum amount of € for travelling expenses.
Financial dispositions. The budget of the Exhibition is an integral part of this agreement (Annex 2). The parties agreed that the costs of the Exhibition shall not exceed the amount specify in the budget, i.e. the cost of the Exhibition specified in the budget are final and binding and are no subject to any additional taxes or fees on the part of CFA. Each party bears the costs indicated in Annex 2 of the Agreement directly. The CFA will re-invoice NGP the costs indicated in the budget as costs “To be invoice to NGP (estimation euros) base on the invoice delivered to NGP till the end of November 2022, at the latest ; the invoice shall be accompanied by a financial report containing the expenses incurred by the CFA (according to the budget) and will be payable within 30 days of delivery to NGP on email address xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx. The parties have agreed that the exhibition is free. No ticketing revenue is expected. ČLÁNEK 7: FINANČNÍ UJEDNÁNÍ Rozpočet výstavy tvoří nedílnou součást této smlouvy (příloha č. 2). Smluvní strany se dohodly, že náklady na výstavu nepřekročí částku uvedenou v rozpočtu, tj. náklady na výstavu uvedené v rozpočtu jsou konečné a závazné a nepodléhají žádným dodatečným daním či poplatkům na straně CFA. Každá smluvní strana nese přímo náklady uvedené v příloze č. 2 smlouvy. CFA přefakturuje NGP náklady uvedené v rozpočtu jako náklady „K fakturaci NGP (odhad v eurech)“ na základě faktury doručené NGP nejpozději do konce listopadu 2022; k faktuře bude přiložen finanční výkaz obsahující náklady vynaložené CFA (podle rozpočtu) a faktura bude splatná do 30 dnů od doručení NGP na e-mailovou adresu xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx. Smluvní strany se dohodly, že vstup na výstavu bude bezplatný. Neočekávají se žádné výnosy z prodeje vstupenek.
