OBJECT AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT. The object of this Agreement is to ensure that the PhD candidate possesses satisfactory working conditions for the implementation of his/her training for researchers and thesis. The Agreement determines the parties’ respective rights and obligations during the period covered by the Agreement. The plan relating to training and the thesis is contained in Part A: General Selection Agreement. This Agreement has the same duration as the Agreement entered into between the PhD candidate and the university (cf. Section 3 of Part A). The period covered by the Agreement may be reduced if the PhD candidate voluntarily concludes or is forced to conclude the university’s organised training for researchers before the agreed date. In such cases each of the parties shall apply for the orderly winding up of their obligations to the other parties.

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of each party pertaining to the production of the exhibition and sets the rules for the breakdown of costs related thereto. This agreement takes effect as from its signature. If this agreement requires publication in the register of contracts, this agreement shall be effective on the day of its publication. In the event of the obligation to publish this agreement pursuant to Act No. 340/2015 Coll., on Special Conditions of Effectiveness of Certain Contracts, Publication of Such Contracts and on the Register of Contracts (the Register of Contracts Act), the Parties agree that the publication shall be made by NGP. Both parties acknowledge that only information that cannot be disclosed under the regulations governing free access to information will not be published. If the other Party considers that any of the information contained in this agreement is information that should not be published in the Register of Contracts pursuant to the Act on the Register of Contracts, it shall notify NGP in writing at the same time as concluding this agreement. The other Party expressly agrees that, in the interest of transparency and legal certainty, NGP shall publish this contract in the event of any doubt as to whether the obligation to publish this contract in the register of contracts is applicable Its duration is until 31. 12. 2022.

  • COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION 3.1 This Agreement will commence on 01 July 2020 and will remain in force until 30 June 2021 where-after a new Performance Agreement shall be concluded between the parties for the next financial year or any portion thereof;

SCHEDULE A Employees shall be paid in the following salary ranges according to the salary grade. An employee’s pay level within the range for the employee’s salary grade will be determined based on the employee’s demonstrated performance. The parties recognize the salary ranges and the salary paid to individual employees are minimums. In the event of job reclassification, employees will be moved into the appropriate salary grade and be paid in accordance with the corresponding salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary below that of the new salary range, they shall be brought up to the minimum of the new salary range. In cases where employees are being paid a wage/salary above that of the new salary range, their salary shall be red circled until such time as their wage/salary is within the salary range, however, they will be provided with a lump sum payment in lieu of their annual wage/salary increase. Those employees who have been trained pursuant to the Company’s “Train the Trainer” Program, shall receive an additional one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, when facilitating scheduled Divisional Operational Training. The Company reserves the right to implement employee retention programs, share purchase programs, incentive plans and market supplement programs in its sole and absolute discretion.   • Effective Date and Duration When all Parties have executed this Grant, and all necessary approvals have been obtained (“Executed Date”), this Grant is effective and has a Grant funding start date as of July 1, 2020 (“Effective Date”), and, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with its terms, will expire on June 30, 2021.
