LIABILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY The Provider, if a non-profit entity, will provide continuous and adequate director, officer, and employee liability insurance coverage against any personal liability or accountability by reason of actions taken while acting within the scope of their authority during the existence of this Agreement and any renewal and extension thereof.
