Monthly Audit. The COUNTY agrees to run an audit comparing the full list of all represented bargaining unit employees with the list of employees who have authorized UNION deductions as provided for electronically by the UNION to the COUNTY by the second (2nd) Wednesday of the second (2nd) pay period of each month.
Monthly Audit. Concessionaire shall maintain complete and accurate financial books and records of its operations in the Facility, Grounds and any mobile vending units in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. The MPRB or its representatives shall be entitled to inspect the books and records of Concessionaire’s operations on MPRB property during regular business hours at least once per month. In the event that such audit by the MPRB or its representatives determines that the MPRB has been underpaid or overpaid: the amount of any such underpayment shall be remitted to the MPRB within ten (10) days of written notice to Concessionaire; and any such overpayment may be subtracted from future payments by Concessionaire.
Monthly Audit. At Coast's option, Coast shall conduct an audit of Borrower every thirty (30) days until the accounting system referred to in Paragraph 2 of Section 8.1 of the Schedule to the Loan Agreement is operational. Audits will then be conducted as otherwise permitted in the Loan Agreement.
