Financial Responsibility for Changes. Unless otherwise set forth in this Agreement or otherwise expressly approved by OCA in writing, Contractor shall bear all charges, fees and costs associated with any change desired by Contractor, including all charges, fees and costs associated with (i) the design, installation, implementation, testing and rollout of such change, (ii) any modification or enhancement to, or substitution for, any impacted process or associated Materials, System or Services, and (iii) any increase in the cost to OCA or to Customer of operating, maintaining or supporting any impacted process or associated Materials, System or Services.
