FINANCING AND BUDGET ADMINISTRATION. Financing of the public transportation system shall be through the use of Federal funding assistance received in accordance with certain grant contracts between Norman and the FTA, U.S. Department of Transportation and other Agreements with other public and private agencies. Financing shall include such other funds from Norman as approved by the Norman City Council. Budget preparation and administration shall be accomplished by each entity and approved by each entity’s separate and respective governing bodies.

FINANCING AND BUDGET ADMINISTRATION. Financing of the public transportation system shall be through the use of Federal funding assistance received in accordance with certain grant contracts between Norman and the FTA, U.S. Department of Transportation, and other Agreements with other public and private agencies. Financing shall include such other funds from Norman as approved by the Norman City Council. Budget preparation and administration shall be accomplished by each entity and approved by each entity’s separate and respective governing bodies. Both Parties agree to have a midyear budget review, coordinated by the Program Managers, by the end of January during the contract year to ensure expenses are on track as expected.
