Emergency Operations 6:01 In the event of an emergency which could endanger the health or safety of the public, employees shall unite to meet the emergency and shall, until the danger has been brought under control, perform such duties as may be required of them regardless of their occupation.

Emergency Management The plan shall also address the assumption of operations of the program or facility by Department in the event of Contractor's bankruptcy or financial insolvency or if Contractor is unable to operate the facility.
Emergency Operator Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to the Emergency Operators designated by ICANN on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time.

Emergency Situations If the condition is an emergency, this will be communicated to the Contractor with the request that corrections are to be accomplished immediately. If it is determined the complaint is not the responsibility of the Contractor, the Contractor shall be promptly paid for the cost of the corrective work. The Contractor shall give notice in writing to the Owner when corrections have been completed.
Emergency Overtime In the event of an emergency as defined in Section 13.15 notwithstanding the terms of this Article, the Agency Head or designee may assign someone to temporarily meet the emergency requirements, regardless of the overtime distribution.
Emergency Childcare Employees may use vacation leave for childcare emergencies after the employee has exhausted all of their accrued compensatory time. Use of vacation leave and sick leave for emergency childcare is limited to a combined maximum of four (4) days per calendar year.
Emergency Medical Services The City’s Fire Department and MedStar (or other entity engaged by the City after the Effective Date) will provide emergency medical services.
Emergency Medical Condition A medical condition manifesting itself by acute symptoms of sufficient severity (including severe pain) such that a prudent layperson, who possesses an average knowledge of health and medicine, could reasonably expect the absence of immediate medical attention to result in any of the following: (1) placing the health of the individual (or with respect to a pregnant woman, the health of the woman or her unborn child) in serious jeopardy; (2) serious impairment to body functions; or (3) serious dysfunction of any body organ or part.
