Common use of Fire Department Charges Clause in Contracts

Fire Department Charges. If you have a legal liability to, or an agreement with, a fire department outside the municipality where your dwelling is located, we will reimburse you for up to $2,000, without deductible, if that fire department charges for having been called to save or protect property from a “Peril You Are Insured Against”.
