Fire Protection Facility Impact Fee Credit. The City has entered into an Interlocal Agreement with the Shoreline Fire Department to collect impact fees for fire protection facilities. SMC 3.75.060.B.2 provides that, if no impact fee was paid for the immediately preceding use, the impact fee for the new use shall be reduced by an amount equal to the current impact fee for the immediately preceding use.
