First aid certificate allowance. (1) The Secretary may assign incidental first aid responsibilities to an employee who holds a current first aid qualification. (2) The employee is entitled to an allowance for the responsibilities at the following rate: Certificate Standard A St Xxxx Ambulance Association Senior First Aid Certificate, Australian Red Cross Society Senior First Aid Certificate or equivalent qualification from the commencement date – $12.12 from 12 months after commencement date – $12.36 from 24 months after commencement date – $12.48 Certificate Standard B St Xxxx Ambulance Association Advanced First Aid Certificate or Level 3 First Aid Certificate, Australian Red Cross Occupational First Aid Course Certificate or Level 3 First Aid Certificate from the commencement date –$14.91 from 12 months after commencement date – $15.21 from 24 months after commencement date – $15.36 Medallion Standard C St Xxxx Ambulance Association Occupational First Aid or Level 4 First Aid Certificate or equivalent qualification from the commencement date –$18.27 from 12 months after commencement date – $18.64 from 24 months after commencement date – $18.83
