Common use of First and Second Shift Employees Clause in Contracts

First and Second Shift Employees. If a first shift or second shift employee is excused from jury duty or service as a witness during the morning, the employee may report for work to finish the day. If the employee fails to report for work to finish the day, he or she will be reimbursed only for the actual hours lost from work up to the time he or she was excused from jury duty or service as a witness. If an employee is excused after 12:00 Noon, he or she will not be required to work that day.
