FIRST ARTICLES. A new part, part with revised drawings, or other changes as delineated above, must have a first article evaluated and accepted by Applied (a "First Article"). A part will not be authorized for deliveries until acceptance of the First Article by Applied. Advanced Energy will maintain First Article qualifications/evidence data file with content as defined by Applied for the specific part. First Article data is to be made available to Applied upon request and shall be retained by Advanced Energy during the performance of this Agreement or subsequent agreements.

FIRST ARTICLES. For the first article (designation of the component(s)), the SUPPLIER shall coordinate the manufacturing, inspection and supply conditions with RMMV and document them. First articles shall be manufactured under series conditions with series equipment. The SUPPLIER shall undertake to implement measures in accordance with the provisions of the initial sample supplier guide BU LOG. FIRST ARTICLES. A documented First Article(s) shall be required on the first production run as required by AS9102 and Honeywell SPOC 124 - First Article Inspection (FAI) Requirements. Additional conditions may surface that will require a First Article to be performed – SPOC 124.3 and SPOC 124.4 The seller will upload the First Article Inspection (FAI) report to NET Inspect with the current drawing revision and the applicable Purchase Order. Supplier will contact the Jamaica Bearings Quality Management to determine if an approved Honeywell representative from is required perform a First Piece Inspection and sign off on the FAI.

  • Heavy Articles To approve the weight, size, placement and time and manner of movement within the Building of any safe, central filing system or other heavy article of Tenant's property. Tenant shall move its property entirely at its own risk.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Quality Agreement and the terms of this Agreement, the provisions of the Quality Agreement shall govern.

  • Labeling and Packaging Seller shall label and package Products in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements and Specifications and shall include a unique identifying lot number.
