Common use of FIRST MIXEROLOGIST (FIRST BARTENDER) Clause in Contracts

FIRST MIXEROLOGIST (FIRST BARTENDER). (a) The job duties of the First Mixerologist (First Bartender) include the mixing and serving of beverages and any other duties consistent with bartending. The First Mixerologist may be required to take stock and direct the working force within the confines of the cocktail area. The First Mixerologist is responsible for the general cleanliness of the bar and utensils, and general tidiness of all stations while working without a server. General cleanliness includes cleaning out the refrigerator, cleaning the bar and bar fixtures, sinks, taps, all working surfaces, bottles and containers. (b) In circumstances where the operation of the bar requires only one person, the First Mixerologist (First Bartender) shall also perform the job duties of the Second Mixerologist (Second Bartender) and Xxx Xxxxxx. The First Mixerologist is not obligated to perform any janitorial duties other than the general cleanliness of the bar and utensils and general tidiness of all stations while working without a server. (c) Zahming and full cleaning of glasswashers that includes breakdown of piping will be undertaken at the request of the Employer and shall be considered as paid time.
