First Step – Grievance in Writing. All grievances shall be in writing and presented to the supervisor by any individual employee with a shop xxxxxxx. Management may request a meeting with the grievor and Shop Xxxxxxx. In any event, whether the meeting takes place or not, the Employer shall inform the grievor and Shop Xxxxxxx of the decision in writing within five (5) working days after presentation of the grievance to the Employer.
