  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.

  • Training Courses The Employer shall bulletin any training courses and experimental programs for which employees may be selected. The bulletin shall contain the following information: (a) type of course (subjects and material to be covered), (b) time, duration and location of the course, (c) basic minimum qualifications required for applicants. This bulletin shall be posted for a period of two (2) weeks on bulletin boards in all Departments to afford all interested employees an opportunity to apply for such training. The senior qualified applicant shall be selected.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets: a. are targets only, b. are provided solely for the purposes of planning, c. are subject to confirmation, and d. may be changed at the discretion of the Funder in consultation with the HSP. The HSP will proactively manage the risks associated with multi-year planning and the potential changes to the planning targets; and the Funder agrees that it will communicate any changes to the planning targets as soon as reasonably possible.

  • USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS The Licensed Application may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or in the Licensed Application, including but not limited to text, writings, video, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users of the Licensed Application and through third-party websites or applications. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that: 1. The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party. 2. You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, the Licensed Application, and other users of the Licensed Application to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and this License Agreement. 3. You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness or each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by the Licensed Application and this License Agreement. 4. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading. 5. Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation. 6. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us). 7. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone. 8. Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people. 9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule. 10. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party. 11. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors. 12. Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap. 13. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of this License Agreement, or any applicable law or regulation. Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the foregoing violates this License Agreement and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Licensed Application.

  • Preparation Periods 31-1 The School District agrees to maintain daily preparation periods during the student day in all junior and senior high schools. At schools where block scheduling is in effect, the total preparation time provided shall be equal to the preparation time provided at schools not operating on a block schedule. 31-2 The School District shall maintain at each elementary school a minimum of two hundred and fifty (250) minutes preparation time per week per teacher, during the students’ instructional day, in not less than forty- (40) minute blocks. Each elementary school shall be allocated and assigned library aide hours per school day in accordance with the following schedule: This aide time is provided in addition to the assigned media clerk time. Library aide time is guaranteed for the school year once set on a school year basis. There will be no changes in library aide time allocated due to fluctuation in enrollment. This provision for allocating library aide time will only remain as part of this Agreement if librarians are used to provide preparation time to elementary teachers. 31-3 Preparation time provided for in this Article shall be utilized by teachers in a manner which enables further development and refinement of professional skills and for instructional effectiveness. 31-4 Although it does not relate to any mandatory subject of bargaining, the School District states that it is its aim and objective to establish a maximum class load of thirty (30) students in grades 4, 5, and 6. 00-0 Xxx Xxxxxxxx may direct use of teacher preparation periods if such directed use is infrequent, advance notice is given and the District’s use of the teacher’s preparation period must not consume an entire period.

  • XXXXXX’S EXPENDITURES If any action or proceeding is commenced that would materially affect Xxxxxx’s interest in the Collateral or if Borrower fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement or any Related Documents, including but not limited to Borrower’s failure to discharge or pay when due any amounts Borrower is required to discharge or pay under this Agreement or any Related Documents, Lender on Borrower’s behalf may (but shall not be obligated to) take any action that Lender deems appropriate, including but not limited to discharging or paying all taxes, liens, security interests, encumbrances and other claims, at any time levied or placed on any Collateral and paying all costs for insuring, maintaining and preserving any Collateral. All such expenditures incurred or paid by Lender for such purposes will then bear interest at the rate charged under the Note from the date incurred or paid by Lender to the date of repayment by Xxxxxxxx. All such expenses will become a part of the Indebtedness and, at Lender’s option, will (A) be payable on demand; (B) be added to the balance of the Note and be apportioned among and be payable with any installment payments to become due during either (1) the term of any applicable insurance policy; or (2) the remaining term of the Note; or (C) be treated as a balloon payment which will be due and payable at the Note’s maturity.

  • Eligible Courses A. All courses offered for dual credit by Hill College will be either college-level academic courses, identified from the current edition of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Lower-Division Academic Course Guide Manual or college-level workforce education courses, identified from the current edition of the Workforce Education Course Manual. B. A college course offered for dual credit must be: (A) in the core curriculum of the public institution of higher education providing the credit; (B) a career and technical education course; (C) a foreign language course; or (D) a college pathway course that satisfies specific degree plan requirements leading to the completion of a Board approved certificate, AA, AS, AAS degree program, or FOSC. C. Developmental or remedial courses may not be offered for dual credit. ISD is encouraged to partner with Hill College (as required by House Xxxx 5, 83rd Texas Legislature) to develop and provide courses in college preparatory mathematics and English language arts to prepare student for success in entry-level college courses (See HB 5 MOU) D. The ISD will work closely with the Hill College dual credit representative to ensure that the college offers an adequate number of courses and/or sections. The feasibility of offering specific courses will be negotiated by Hill College and high school personnel. E. A complete list of dual credit courses taught within this school district, as well as a crosswalk, will be maintained on file in the Vice President of Instruction Office.

  • Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Site/Project Allowances will be paid in addition to the productivity allowance where such an addition is either: (i) Where such an allowances is awarded by the Industrial Relations Commission; or (ii) Where such an allowance is required by a site condition specified at the time of tender. It is incumbent upon the company to enquire of the Head Contractor/Client at the time of tender whether a site/project allowance is required to be paid and in particular whether it is required to be paid in accordance with the Construction Industry Site Allowance Matrix: or (iii) If the Contract between the Employer and the Head Contractor/Client does not contain provision for a site allowance, and after the contract is made the head contractor makes an agreement under which a site allowance is payable, then the head contractor should then agree in writing to reimburse the employer the full cost of the said allowance.

  • Campaign Contributions The CONTRACTOR is hereby notified of the applicability of 11-355, HRS, which states that campaign contributions are prohibited from specified state or county government contractors during the terms of their contracts if the contractors are paid with funds appropriated by a legislative body.
