Common use of Five (5) Day Work Week Clause in Contracts

Five (5) Day Work Week. (a) If the holiday falls on an employee's first scheduled day off, 2 the preceding workday will be observed as that employee's holiday.

Five (5) Day Work Week. (a) If the holiday falls on an employee's first scheduled day off, 2 18 the preceding workday will be observed as that employee's holiday. (b) If the holiday falls on an employee's second scheduled day 20 off, the following workday will be observed as that employee's holiday.

(b) If the holiday falls on an employee's second scheduled day 28 off, the following workday will be observed as that employee's holiday.
