Common use of Fixed Term Contract Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Contract. (a) A fixed term Employee is one engaged on an employment contract which has a nominated completion date and may be full-time, part-time or casual. (b) Employees engaged on a fixed term contract will be entitled to a payment in lieu of notice in accordance with clause 20.1(a) at the date of completion nominated by the employment contract.
