Common use of Fixed Term Contract Clause in Contracts

Fixed Term Contract. If during a Renewal Period, you receive electric service from Direct Energy on a fixed term contract as set forth in the Notification, then Direct Energy will charge you for all electricity billed by your Utility at a fixed rate per kWh as set forth in the Notification and the Disclosure Summary provided to you at that time.
