Flextime Provisions. A. The Flextime Workday The usual eight (8) hour workday plus lunch will be replaced by a working day that is composed of two (2) different types of time: core time and a flexible band. On days where the tour for a part-time employee is less than 8 hours, employees may flex 30 minutes before or after their normal start time. Employees with prior supervisor approval may flex out for lunch. The employee must append this time to his/her already established lunch period.
