FLIGHT CREW DOCUMENTATION. All Flight Crew Member licensing, medical and currency documentation shall be sent directly to the pilot's home address by Transport Canada. It is the responsibility of the individual to provide copies of all pertinent documentation to the Company in a timely manner, at least two business days prior to the expiry date. Expenses for mileage, photographs, and compensation for time to obtain the aviation licence document, are not reimbursed.
