Flight Requests. Passenger shall provide the Operator’s aviation department or designated point of contact with Trip requests for Passenger’s personal travel to be undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of Passenger’s desired departure as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to Passenger’s planned departure or as may be required by law. The advance notice requirement in this Section 5 may be waived by Operator in its discretion. All flight requests for travel under this Agreement shall be in accordance with all reasonable policies established by Operator. Flight requests shall be made by Passenger in a form that is acceptable to Operator. Operator shall have sole and exclusive authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft. Operator shall not be liable to Passenger or any other person for loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft and crew pursuant to this Agreement for any reason. In addition to requested schedules and departure times, Passenger shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by Operator or its flight crew:
a. Departure point;
b. Destination;
x. Xxxx and time of flight;
d. Number and identity of anticipated passengers;
e. Date and time of return flight, if any; and
Flight Requests. Lessee will provide Operator with requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of any given flight as is reasonably possible. Requests for flight time shall be in a form, whether written or oral, mutually convenient to, and agreed upon by the Parties. In addition to the proposed schedules and flight times, Lessee shall provide Operator the following information for each proposed flight prior to scheduled departure:
(a) proposed departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) the number of anticipated passengers and their names;
(e) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) the date and time of return flight, if any;
(g) for international trips, passport information and Customs-required information for all passengers; and
(h) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by Operator or Operator’s flight crew for security or other purposes.

In addition to requested schedules and departure times, User shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by Operator or its flight crew:
(a) departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) number and identity of anticipated passengers;
(e) nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo expected to be carried;
(f) date and time of return flight, if any; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by Operator, its flight crew, or governmental entities.

User will provide Domino’s with flight requests and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible and in any case at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of User’s desired departure. Flight requests shall be in a form, whether oral or written, mutually convenient to and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to proposed schedules and departure times, User shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by Domino’s or its flight crew:
(a) departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) number and identity of anticipated passengers;
(e) nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) date and time of return flight, if any; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by Domino’s or its flight crew.

TIMESHAREE will provide TIMESHAROR with flight requests and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible, and in any case at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of TIMESHAREE's desired departure. Flight requests shall be in a form, whether oral or written, mutually convenient to and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to proposed schedules and departure times, TIMESHAREE shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by TIMESHAROR or its flight crew.
(a) departure point; (b) destination; (c) date and time of flight; (d) number and identity of anticipated passengers; (e) nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; (f) date and time of return flight, if any, and (g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or reasonably required by TIMESHAROR or its flight crew.
Flight Requests. The Executive shall submit requests for flight time and proposed flight schedules to the Company as far in advance of any given flight as practical. The Executive shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight prior to the scheduled departure:
(a) departure airport;
(b) destination airport;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) the names and the relationship of all anticipated passengers to the Executive;
(e) purpose of the flight for each passenger;
(f) the nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent or required by the Company, the flight crew or governmental authorities.
Flight Requests. TIMESHAREE will provide TIMESHAROR with flight requests and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible. Flight requests shall be in a form, whether oral or written, mutually convenient to and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to proposed schedules and departure times, TIMESHAREE shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by TIMESHAROR or its flight crew.
(a) departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) number and identity of anticipated passengers;
(e) nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) date and time of return flight, if any, and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or reasonably required by TIMESHAROR or its flight crew.
Flight Requests. User will provide AEP with flight requests and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible, and in any case at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of User’s desired departure, except in urgent or emergency situations. Flight requests shall be in a form, whether oral or written, mutually convenient to and agreed upon by the parties. AEP shall notify User as to whether or not the requested use of the Aircraft can be accommodated. AEP's prior planned utilization of the Aircraft will take precedence over User's use and an Aircraft may not be available due to maintenance, operational, crew scheduling or other considerations. AEP shall have sole and exclusive authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft. AEP shall not be liable to User or any other person for loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft and crew pursuant to this Agreement for any reason. In addition to requested schedules and departure times, User shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by AEP or its flight crew:
(a) departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) number and identity of anticipated passengers (which shall always include User, whether or not there will be additional guests);
(e) nature of any unusual luggage and/or cargo expected to be carried;
(f) date and time of return flight, if any;
(g) the purpose of the trip, which shall exclude all travel primarily for commuting, but which may include, for example, entertainment, visiting family, travel for business other than that of the employer providing the flight, attending a funeral or seeking medical care; and
(h) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by AEP or its flight crew.
Flight Requests. Lessee will provide Lessor with flight requests and proposed flight schedules as far in advance as possible. Flight requests shall be in a written form mutually convenient to and agreed upon by the parties. In addition to proposed schedules and departure times, Lessee shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as required by Lessor or its flight crew:
(a) departure point;
(b) destination;
(c) date and time of flight;
(d) number and identity of anticipated passengers;
(e) nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo to be carried;
(f) date and time of return flight, if any; and
(g) any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by Lessor or its flight crew.
Flight Requests. Executive shall provide Company with flight requests for Executive's personal travel to be undertaken pursuant to this Agreement and proposed flight schedules as far in advance of Executive's desired departure date as possible. Flight requests shall be made by Executive in a form that is acceptable to Company. Company shall have sole and exclusive authority over the scheduling of the Aircraft. Company shall not be liable to Executive or any other person for loss, injury, or damage occasioned by the delay or failure to furnish the Aircraft and crew pursuant to this Agreement for any reason. In addition to requested schedules and departure times, Executive shall provide at least the following information for each proposed flight reasonably in advance of the desired departure time as reasonably required by Company or its flight crew:
i. Departure point;
ii. Destination;
iii. Date and time of flight;
iv. Number and identity of anticipated passengers;
v. Nature and extent of luggage and/or cargo expected to be carried;
vi. Date and time of return flight, if any; and
vii. Any other information concerning the proposed flight that may be pertinent to or required by Company, its flight crew, or governmental entities.
