Flipsnack as Processor, has complied and will continue to comply with all applicable requirements of the GDPR, CCPA, and if to the extent agreed between parties in writing, Data Protection Legislation in other jurisdictions to the extent Customer and Flipsnack have agreed such legislation is applicable and the Service is able to comply.

Flipsnack will provide a list of Sub-processors that it engages to process Personal Data upon written request by Customer or as otherwise made available by Flipsnack on its website.
Flipsnack has a dedicated security team to enforce security practices and respond to security incidents quickly.
Flipsnack agrees to (i) to provide prior notice to Customer, add or make changes to the Sub- processors; and (ii) if Customer has a reasonable objection to any new or replacement Sub- processor, it shall notify Flipsnack of such objections in writing within ten (10) days of the notification and the parties will seek to resolve the matter in good faith.
Flipsnack will enter into an agreement with each Sub-processor that obligates the Sub-processor to process Personal Data in a manner consistent with the standards set forth in the DPA, and at minimum, at the level of data protection required by Data Protection Law.

  • Digital Health The HSP agrees to: (a) assist the LHIN to implement provincial Digital Health priorities for 2017-18 and thereafter in accordance with the Accountability Agreement, as may be amended or replaced from time to time; (b) comply with any technical and information management standards, including those related to data, architecture, technology, privacy and security set for health service providers by MOHLTC or the LHIN within the timeframes set by MOHLTC or the LHIN as the case may be; (c) implement and use the approved provincial Digital Health solutions identified in the LHIN Digital Health plan; (d) implement technology solutions that are compatible or interoperable with the provincial blueprint and with the LHIN Cluster Digital Health plan; and (e) include in its annual Planning Submissions, plans for achieving Digital Health priority initiatives.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the positions listed in Section 3 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for replacement of safety footwear. This allowance will be paid to employees on a semiannual basis, with half paid in January and half paid in July to eligible employees on the payroll at the time of the payments. Employees of Departments with work rules that provide such safety footwear will not be eligible for the safety footwear allowance. 2. Safety footwear purchased must meet ANSI standards where applicable. Requirements for the wearing of safety footwear will be in accordance with work rules published by the State. 3. Positions required to wear safety footwear:

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00).   • Mail Order Catalog Warnings In the event that, the Settling Entity prints new catalogs and sells units of the Products via mail order through such catalogs to California consumers or through its customers, the Settling Entity shall provide a warning for each unit of such Product both on the label in accordance with subsection 2.4 above, and in the catalog in a manner that clearly associates the warning with the specific Product being purchased. Any warning provided in a mail order catalog shall be in the same type size or larger than other consumer information conveyed for such Product within the catalog and shall be located on the same display page of the item. The catalog warning may use the Short-Form Warning content described in subsection 2.3(b) if the language provided on the Product label also uses the Short-Form Warning.
