Floaters Scheduling/Compensation. Leave in compliance with section B of this Article shall not be denied solely on the basis of the City’s need to cover the position with an overtime replacement. An employee will be compensated at their regular hourly rate for unused leave under this section at the end of each fiscal year or upon resignation.
