Floating Holiday Accrual Upon Employment. In the first calendar year of employment, an employee hired before May 1 shall be entitled to three (3) floating holidays; and an employee hired on or after May 1, but before September 1, shall be entitled to two (2) floating holidays; and an employee hired on or after September 1, shall be entitled to one (1) floating holiday in that first calendar year.
