FLSA AGREEMENT. Nothing in this MOU shall be construed to be, nor does it constitute, an agreement for allowing compensation of overtime with FLSA CTO pursuant to 29 U.S.C §207(o)(2) and no such agreement exists or shall be implied from this MOU .
