FLSA Designation. Consistent with the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the City shall designate certain administrative, professional, and management positions to be exempt. Said designation shall be in writing and shall include the basis for such exclusion. The Union shall be provided a list of all such exempt positions along with information as to the reasons for exemption status for employees in Units M [PEU0], P-1 [PEU1] and P-2 [PEU1].
