Flyaway Configuration Notice. Not later than 14 days prior to delivery of the Aircraft, Customer will provide to Boeing a configuration letter stating the requested flyaway configuration of the Aircraft for its ferry flight. This configuration letter should include: (i) the name of the company which is to furnish fuel for the ferry flight and any scheduled post-delivery flight training, the method of payment for such fuel, and fuel load for the ferry flight; (ii) the cargo to be loaded and where it is to be stowed on board the Aircraft and address where cargo is to be shipped after flyaway; and (iii) any BFE equipment to be removed prior to flyaway and returned to Boeing BFE stores for installation on Customer’s subsequent Aircraft. The information contained in such configuration letter may be changed from time to time by the mutual consent of Boeing and Customer.

  • AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement.   • Delivery Schedule The Goods specified in the List of Goods are required to be delivered within the acceptable time range (after the earliest and before the final date, both dates inclusive) specified in Section V, Schedule of Requirements. No credit will be given to deliveries before the earliest date, and Tenders offering delivery after the final date shall be treated as non-responsive. Agencies will not be responsible for any freight damage, concealed or otherwise.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Term SOFR Conforming Changes In connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Document. The Administrative Agent will promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the effectiveness of any Conforming Changes in connection with the use or administration of Term SOFR.

  • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
