Common use of Follow Clause in Contracts

Follow. (i) The most recent edition of FTA Circular 4702.1, “Title VI Requirements and Guidelines for Federal Transit Administration Recipients,” to the extent consistent with applicable federal laws, regulations, requirements, and guidance; but (ii) FTA does not require an Indian Tribe to comply with FTA program- specific guidelines for Title VI when administering its Underlying Agreement supported with federal assistance under the Tribal Transit Program.
