Following completion of the Work Sample Clauses

Following completion of the Work the Company shall perform an overall reconciliation of the total of all Company Reimbursable Costs to the invoiced costs previously paid to Company by Customer under this Agreement (“Total Payments Made”). If the total of all Company Reimbursable Costs is greater than the Total Payments Made, the Company shall provide a final invoice to Customer for the balance due to the Company under this Agreement (the “Balance Amount”). If the Total Payments Made is greater than the total of all Company Reimbursable Costs, Company shall reimburse the difference to Customer (“Reimbursement Amount”). The Reimbursement Amount or Balance Amount, as applicable, shall be due and payable upon final reconciliation but no later than sixty (60) Days after such reconciliation. Any portion of the Balance Amount or Reimbursement Amount, as applicable, remaining unpaid after that time shall be subject to interest as calculated pursuant to Section 7.2 of this Agreement.

The Contractor agrees to complete the “Punch List” corrections and schedule a final project completion job walk. The County will sign the “Punch List” as completed when determined, the project is finished. The Contractor agrees to submit the following along with its final payment request:

  • Final Completion The full and final completion of all Work in accordance with the Contract Documents.
