Food and Nutrition Services Manager Training Increments. In order to be appointed as a Manager, an applicant must have satisfactorily completed the Intern Organization and Management Training Course. Each Manager shall be required to satisfactorily complete a minimum of four (4) school food service training courses: Foundations, Nutrition and Quantity Food Production, and Organization and Management. A Manager must maintain a current CPR certificate. A minimum of one (1) course shall be taken each year until all are completed satisfactorily. The Sanitation Certificate shall be valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance for all Managers.
