FOOD RESTRICTIONS. Due to Covid-19 restrictions/mandates, parent provided refreshments are currently limited to pizza, water bottles, and cupcakes. In lieu of a cake, please be sure to provide individual cupcakes for each guest. HEAD COUNT- We ask for a final head count 3-4 days prior to your party. This is to ensure your party is properly staffed and organized. You will be held to your verbal confirmation of the number of children attending, unless the amount of children is greater. * Any child 12 months or older who utilizes our gym space during party time will be included in the final head count. * Children ages 4 and older participate independently. Parents of children ages 4 and older must remain in the lobby/celebration area. Younger children participate with parental assistance. Family of the birthday child are permitted in the gym to take photos/videos regardless of age. *Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we must limit the number of adults entering the facility. If they feel comfortable, we are asking parents of School Age children to either drop-off and return to pick-up or wait in their cars in the parking lot. If staying in the lobby, we are only allowing ONE adult per child attending. *Masks are required in the lobby. The only exception is while children are sitting and eating, and the birthday child while guests are singing “Happy Birthday” * Absolutely no food or drinks permitted in the gym area - only in the celebration area. * There are no shoes or sneakers permitted in the gym area - only in the celebration area. * All guests must exit the gym when the scheduled time is over. * The party is set up age appropriate for the birthday child. If you have a large percentage of guests that are several years younger or older than the birthday child, please inform us ahead of time. * NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are permitted on Bright Stars premises. * For the safety of all children no piñatas permitted. FOOD RESTRICTIONS. Exhibitors are only allowed to sell pre-packaged food, not intended for immediate consumption, at Xxxxx Community Center. Exhibitors are NOT allowed to hand out food samples at the event. The Xxxxx Community Center only allows their pre-approved food vendors to serve or sample food products. There are two exceptions to this rule (1) Exhibitors may hand out small wrapped candy and (2) Exhibitors selling pre-packaged food, not meant for immediate consumption, at the event (example: salsa or dips), may offer small samples of that product. Anyone planning to sell food products or offer food samples must get item(s) approved by ECM Publishers and the Xxxxx Community Center prior to the final registration deadline.
