Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.
Cross Connection For a collocation arrangement, the facilities between the collocating Party’s equipment and the equipment or facilities of the housing Party (such as the housing Party’s digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame, or other suitable frame or panel).
Trunk Group Connections and Ordering 5.2.1 For both One-Way and Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, if Onvoy wishes to use a technically feasible interface other than a DS1 or a DS3 facility at the POI, the Parties shall negotiate reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures. 5.2.2 When One-Way or Two-Way Interconnection Trunks are provisioned using a DS3 interface facility, if Onvoy orders the multiplexed DS3 facilities to a Frontier Central Office that is not designated in the NECA 4 Tariff as the appropriate Intermediate Hub location (i.e., the Intermediate Hub location in the appropriate Tandem subtending area based on the LERG), and the provision of such facilities to the subject Central Office is technically feasible, the Parties shall negotiate in good faith reasonable terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes) for such arrangement; and, if the Parties cannot agree to such terms and conditions (including, without limitation, rates and implementation timeframes), either Party may utilize the Agreement’s dispute resolution procedures. 5.2.3 Each Party will identify its Carrier Identification Code, a three or four digit numeric code obtained from Telcordia, to the other Party when ordering a trunk group. 5.2.4 For multi-frequency (MF) signaling each Party will out pulse ten (10) digits to the other Party, unless the Parties mutually agree otherwise. 5.2.5 Each Party will use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor trunk groups under its control and to augment those groups using generally accepted trunk- engineering standards so as to not exceed blocking objectives. Each Party agrees to use modular trunk-engineering techniques for trunks subject to this Attachment.
COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES A copy of all communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement between the Issuer and any Paying Agent (other than the Agent) shall be sent to the Agent.
Move-Out If, for any reason, the New Tenant moves out of the rental premises before the lease has concluded they realize that it is their responsibility to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant is to take reasonable steps to find a replacement roommate who is acceptable to the present roommates. If one of the roommates moves out, the New Tenant understands that it the Landlord/Principal Tenant’s responsibility to take reasonable steps to find a replacement tenant. The New Tenant understands that it is in the best interests of all roommates to replace any departing tenants.
Call Out Any employee who is eligible for overtime who is called out for work outside of and not continuous with his/her regular hours will be paid a minimum of four (4) hours of the employee's regular rate of pay or hours actually worked at the appropriate rate, whichever is greater. Any additional call outs occurring within the same four (4) hour period shall be compensated for actual time worked at the appropriate rate. This section shall not apply to an employee who is called in four (4) hours or less prior to the start of his/her workday or shift and who continues to work that day or shift or to an employee held over at the end of their regular workday. Notwithstanding this provision, employees in agencies which have been compensated for call out on a higher basis as of January 1, 1997 shall continue to be compensated on the higher basis.
CONTRACTING OUT The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than casual part-time employees results from such contracting out.
Call Outs a) Employees who have performed a regular shift and who respond to a request to return to work additional time shall be compensated as follows: i. Employees shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the applicable overtime rate or for actual hours worked whichever is greater; or ii. If the call out is within eight (8) hours of the start of the regular shift then the Employee shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours at the applicable overtime rate.
Intake Intake begins when you, or someone on your behalf, contacts the LIFE Provider or the Independent Enrollment Broker expressing interest in services. If it appears from this first conversation that you are potentially eligible, a LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker representative will contact you to explain the program, obtain further information about you, and to schedule in person or tele-visits. During these visits: • You will learn how the LIFE Program works, the services LIFE offers, and the answers to any questions you may have about LIFE. • The LIFE Provider and/or Independent Enrollment Broker will explain that if you enroll, you must agree that all of your healthcare services will be provided and/or coordinated by LIFE, including primary care and specialist physician services (other than emergency services). • The LIFE Provider will have you sign a release allowing the LIFE Provider to obtain your past medical records so the LIFE health team can fully assess your health conditions. You will be encouraged to visit the LIFE Center to see what it is like. If you are interested in enrolling, a LIFE Provider representative and the Independent Enrollment Broker will assist you with the enrollment process. You should be prepared to participate in phone calls and/or visits with both the LIFE Provider and Independent Enrollment Broker in order to complete your enrollment process.
Collocation Interconnection may be accomplished through the Collocation arrangements offered by CenturyLink. The terms and conditions under which Collocation will be available are described in Article IX of this Agreement.
